About The Position

As the Senior Manager, Workplace Experience, reporting to the Vice President of the department, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality workplace environment for Capri Holdings North America corporate headquarters. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to oversee day-to-day facilities operations, workplace services, and strategic initiatives that support employee experience, operational excellence, and business continuity across New York and New Jersey locations. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in facilities management, workplace operations, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to work confidently with senior leadership as well as cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and understand furniture layouts and interior design fundamentals.
  • Ability to work on-site four days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Workplace Operations & Facilities Management Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of all building systems, equipment, and workplace services.
  • Coordinate building requests with property management, including freight reservations, after-hours HVAC, pest control, and vendor access.
  • Partner with Loss Prevention and landlords to manage security services for NY and NJ office locations.
  • Manage corporate services across facilities, including reception, hospitality, and building operations.
  • Leadership & Collaboration Build strong internal partnerships across all levels of the organization and serve as a trusted point of contact for workplace-related needs.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with Executive Assistants to resolve maintenance, operational, and logistical challenges.
  • Manage and support the Receptionist, Workplace Experience, ensuring consistent service standards.
  • Projects & Strategic Initiatives Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute office moves, space reconfigurations, and workplace improvement projects for the North America headquarters.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain and manage the facilities management software (OfficeSpace), ensuring floor plans and occupancy data are accurate and current.
  • Vendor & Service Management Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure service levels, contracts, and deliverables meet operational and budget expectations.
