About The Position

We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Market Research/Customer Insights Analyst to join our team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role follows a hybrid schedule of four days in the office (on-site). As a Senior Market Research/Customer Insights Analyst you’ll move Pacific Life forward by providing support for the life product intelligence function through comprehensive research and analysis of company's markets, customers, competition and/or product mix You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 5 people in the Consumer Markets division. How you'll help move us forward: Execute research and analysis within defined projects Support product marketing through market and competitive research Provide insights for tactical decisions Work independently but within structured assignments Support producers and wholesalers by maintaining working knowledge of Pacific Life's and competitors' products The experience you bring: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of professional experience What makes you stand out: Familiarity with Pacific Life's illustration software Prior work experience with a life insurance carrier Experience preparing and delivering presentations, especially in PowerPoint Can present complex detail in an easily understandable format Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Self-starter with a growth mind-set focused on continual improvement Thrives as a member of a highly collaborative and cohesive team Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Requirements
