Requirements

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management, marketing automation tools, CRM, and marketing technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years marketing experience, focusing on B2B or software marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand for company solutions and services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams to produce materials supporting the prospect-to-client lifecycle.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels including events, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor and report on marketing initiative effectiveness; use data to optimize strategies.
  • Stay current with B2B marketing trends and best practices related to target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members and peers to coordinate communications and services affecting clients.
  • Attend webinars and trainings for ongoing professional development.
  • Complete assigned projects and other duties as directed by supervisor.
