Responsibilities and Impact: As the Senior Marketing Manager for Product Marketing & AI, you will lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies for The S&P Global Marketplace – our digital data “storefront” and discovery tool, and CRM Solutions – our tools and data integration services for CRM platforms. Additionally, you will partner closely with Product and the Enterprise Marketing teams to shape the Market Intelligence AI positioning and help amplify our capabilities in this space through targeted campaigns and partnerships. This role is pivotal in defining our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success in lead generation and brand building
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to develop and execute multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, and deliver excellent results on deadline
  • Experience demonstrating print, digital, social, and event channels to drive marketing campaigns, within a global marketing budget, at a high quality
  • Proven track record of managing webinars, events, and digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven thinking; comfort with understanding/communicating marketing critical metrics to senior partners
  • Enthusiastic and independent worker, who also is a great teammate that builds strong relationships with partners
  • Strong presentation skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of team and management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated marketing plans targeting key client personas, leveraging market research and competitive insights, in partnership with the Marketing Director and Product and Sales teams.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, search, social, video, advertising, events) to drive product usage, enhance brand awareness, generate sales pipeline, and improve customer retention metrics.
  • Track performance metrics rigorously, optimizing tactics for maximum ROI.
  • Support subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content through collaboration, such as white papers, webinars, and case studies that showcase our data, solutions, and expertise.
  • Partner with Product and Sales leadership to establish tactical goals and key performance metrics that support business growth objectives
  • Align with Product to refine messaging and highlight unique value propositions.
  • Liaise with global marketing peers to adapt campaigns for regional audiences and adopt best practices.
  • Strengthen brand positioning by simplifying complex narratives for target audiences while highlighting our value propositions.
  • Ensure alignment between Market Intelligence AI initiatives and the S&P Global AI narrative and brand through special project pods and workstreams
  • In collaboration with the marketing events team, organize and support high-impact events—from webinars to conferences—ensuring clear KPIs and post-event follow-up and analysis.
