About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to accelerate growth among our most strategic customers across multiple segments (predominantly IDNs). This role partners directly with Strategic account executives to win and expand enterprise relationships through precision Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and differentiated value programs. This is a high-visibility role operating at the center of sales, marketing, thought leadership and executive engagement, ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives in complex healthcare environments and wants to influence enterprise-level growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 7+ years of combined experience in commercial marketing and sales within the healthcare industry
  • Strong experience with IDNs, GPOs, and the U.S. healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales processes and mapping complex buyer journeys
  • Working knowledge of Challenger sales and marketing principles
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations
  • Comfortable operating in a field-based role with at least 40% travel

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Account Growth Partner with sales leaders to develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for priority IDNs and enterprise-level customers. Align engagement plans to complex buying committees and executive stakeholders. Activate tailored campaigns in collaboration with digital and product marketing teams. Support executive briefings, customer workshops, and national industry events.
  • Advance Value-Based Partnerships Support scalable programs that reinforce our strategic partnership across health systems Help articulate and communicate measurable business impact to customer stakeholders. Capture insights and successes to strengthen enterprise growth strategies.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a strategic marketing partner and thought partner to sales executives to win despite large, complex deal cycles. Collaborate closely with product marketing and digital teams to align messaging and activation. Bring field insights back to the organization to sharpen positioning and competitive readiness.
