About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our US marketing team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a role for a fanatically data-driven, high-output marketer who can think in systems and execute in the details. You are as comfortable building a strategy deck as you are pulling a report, briefing an agency, or managing a campaign to the last dollar. You do not wait to be managed. This role centers on two pillars: Product Marketing Leadership and Strategic Growth. You will partner closely with Brand, Product, Compliance, Campaign, Creative, and Data teams, managing both dotted-line and direct relationships to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement across Webull's US user base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 6-10+ years in integrated marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing
  • Ability to develop and own a fully fleshed marketing strategy from audience segmentation and positioning through channel mix, measurement frameworks, and long-term roadmap, with minimal direction required.
  • Highly self-directed with a Type A drive to deliver. You manage complexity without losing detail, wear multiple hats without dropping any, and move at a pace that raises the bar for the people around you.
  • Hands-on experience across modern marketing tools spanning paid media platforms, CRM, email, analytics, and attribution. Proficiency with project management tools required; experience with Wrike is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing both direct and dotted-line relationships. You can coach, delegate, and hold people accountable while staying in the execution yourself.
  • Proven ability to work fluidly across Brand, Product, Design, Data, and Compliance teams, influencing without authority and keeping complex workstreams moving in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Can distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives for executives, partners, and external audiences alike.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing financial products, trading platforms, or consumer fintech.
  • You do not accept surface-level metrics. You dig, you find what others miss, and you build strategy around what the data actually says. Strong command of analytics tools and attribution modeling required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Execution
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, major feature launches, and platform enhancements from discovery through execution and iteration.
  • Own user journey with an eye on converting existing users down funnel: active to funded, funded to trading, and funded to scaled active trader.
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across multiple user segments.
  • Oversee creation and optimization of marketing assets across in-app messaging, email, web, social, and paid channels.
  • Establish and maintain consistent tone, voice, and narrative across the product experience while evolving messaging based on user insights and business priorities.
  • Translate data, user behavior, and market insights into actionable marketing strategies that improve adoption, usage depth, and retention.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships and Drive Growth
  • Partner with the Brand team, which owns relationships with sports properties and media organizations, to develop co-marketing activations, campaigns, and growth opportunities that leverage those partnerships.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with financial affiliates, content creators, and community channels to expand reach and drive acquisition.
  • Develop and distribute content across channels including market insights and financial education that speaks to the segments we serve.
  • Explore and assess new growth avenues, including potential B2B2C opportunities, niche market segments, and co-marketing channels.
  • Represent Webull at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally and Report Performance
  • Partner with Product, Compliance, Data, and Design teams to ensure messaging cohesion across the full user journey.
  • Ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance; translate insights into continuous optimization.
  • Use project management tools such as Wrike to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
