About The Position

Vervaunt is an energetic and forward-thinking eCommerce and paid media consultancy, born out of a mutual passion for helping premium brands and ambitious retailers grow online. In November 2025 Vervaunt joined the IDHL group, one of the UKs leading digital agencies offering integrated strategy across eCommerce and Performance. This role will be Vervaunt's first dedicated US headcount as we look to grow our footprint across this market. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and business which collaborates with some of the worlds most recognised brands such as, Victoria Beckham, A.P.C, Dr Marten, Paul Smith, Mulberry and many more. Overall purpose The Senior Paid Media Consultant will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of client work across performance marketing channels, whilst supporting across new business opportunities. The Senior Paid Media Consultant owns all client roadmaps, and will constantly be looking for new opportunities to deliver growth for our clients whilst balancing our own commercial success. They will constantly be sharing market specific insights and developments, feeding this into the strategic vision for clients in the US market and those looking to enter. Senior Paid Media Consultants lead by example, they demonstrate our values in every interaction they have both internally and with external stakeholders. Commercially savvy Supports our mission to work with leading eCommerce brands by developing and delivering compelling pitches, maintaining the highest quality and aiming for successful outcomes Identifies and capitalises on opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients, enhancing overall service offerings and revenue Oversees resource planning and scopes of work to ensure we are delivering excellence whilst maintaining efficiency Demonstrates a strong understanding of financial management and forecasting, leading on wider client business forecasting (CAC, LTV etc.) to ensure long-term growth for clients Takes accountability for ensuring there are no issues around spend or performance Client centric Develops a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, core functions, and competitors, and facilitates Vervaunt's engagement with senior stakeholders Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients built on trust to ensure Vervaunt is embedded within the client teams and is integral to strategy and business objectives Maintains a client-centric approach with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions Team centred Supports and guides their teams in the creation and implementation of leading-class performance marketing strategies (Initially subordinates will be remote in the UK) Collaborating with our strategy and international lead to ensure the UK team are skilled in building compelling narratives for the US market, elevating the quality of strategic direction Ensures that new US team members are effectively onboarded with comprehensive training programs and foster a best-in-class team by supporting ongoing development opportunities as the team expands Driven by curiosity Demonstrates ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive strategic decisions Maintains a forward-thinking approach to encourage fresh ideation and to push the business and its outputs forward Stays curious about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the team at the forefront of performance marketing Approaches challenges with intellectual curiosity and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions Personally invested Proactively contributes to marketing initiatives as and when required to support the growth of the market, including idea identification, blog post writing, and speaking at industry events Takes full ownership of your client and team's success and the achievement of strategic objectives Demonstrates a passion for excellence in all aspects of your work Plays an active role in the recruitment process by identifying talent needs and conducting interviews
