About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to lead strategy and execution across our social ads efforts. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing a large-scale paid social acquisition channel across Meta and other social platforms. The ideal candidate is a senior-level performance operator who understands how to scale paid social programs through disciplined testing, creative iteration, and data-driven decision making. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, identify opportunities quickly, and continuously refine performance. You must be comfortable managing large budgets of $400k/mo+.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads in performance-driven environments
  • Proven experience managing meaningful monthly ad spend in acquisition-focused programs
  • Strong understanding of Meta campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
  • Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining stable cost targets past $400k in monthly spend
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and data analysis
  • Extremely high attention to detail and disciplined execution
  • Detailed understanding around attribution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience operating independently in fast-paced acquisition environments

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution across various social platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), X, TikTok, etc.
  • Manage and scale monthly paid social platforms while maintaining target KPI benchmarks
  • Design and maintain campaign architecture, scaling frameworks, and budget allocation strategies
  • Implement and manage structured creative testing pipelines to identify scalable winning concepts
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative teams to develop high-performing direct-response ad creative
  • Continuously analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and scaling signals
  • Develop and execute horizontal and vertical scaling strategies
  • Manage campaign pacing and performance while accounting for signal lag and attribution windows
  • Partner with internal teams on landing pages, conversion improvements, and funnel optimization
  • Maintain clear reporting frameworks and communicate insights to senior leadership
  • Support and mentor junior media buyers when appropriate
