Job Summary The Senior People Partner - Product will play a critical role in supporting Temenos' Product division by providing strategic HR partnership, fostering a positive employee experience, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role, preferably supporting product or technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of business management principles and how HR contributes to business success.
  • Expertise in data collection and analysis, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing employee relationships and resolving complex HR issues.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • An adaptive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the Product division's goals and the overall company strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to product leadership and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to identify HR trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure integrated and effective HR service delivery.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on HR topics to various stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR data and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices within the Product division.
