Requirements

  • Proficiency in Business Spanish
  • 6+ years customer-facing Solutions Consulting experience
  • Experience in, or selling to, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management
  • Affinity and experience with AI tools to work smarter, not harder - Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc
  • A desire to fix employment
  • A strong focus on helping customers define and achieve success
  • A history of winning - you’ve landed the big deals consistently throughout your career
  • Exceptional communication and technical skills
  • An affinity for the startup space, AI technology, and a desire to own, build, and grow both yourself, your team, and the entire organization
  • A positive attitude

  • Proficiency in Business Portuguese
  • Experience with demo automation software
  • Experience using or selling AI software

Responsibilities

  • Work with and guide our sales team to consult prospects and customers, show how our solutions will help them, and execute technical sales discussions
  • Accelerate the sales cycle through the creation of reusable demo collateral ranging from verticalized environments to pre-recorded walkthroughs—that drives efficiency and shortens the path to 'closed-won’
  • Diagnose customer business challenges and position how our solutions can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their organization
  • Create and deliver compelling demonstrations and stories that cultivate a deep understanding of, and desire for, the solution and value we provide
  • Provide technical and functional guidance during the sales process to the sales team and potential customers to ensure that deals are closed consistently and quickly
  • Influence our product strategy by effectively communicating feedback from customers and prospects, as well as working with the product team to develop new product features
  • Lead the design of solutions for prospects and customers, and communicate with the delivery team to ensure successful outcomes
  • Maintain customer relationships pre- and post-sale
  • Communicate the technology vision to business leaders and analysts
  • Represent our company at industry events and panels
  • Own your subject-matter expertise and guide the thought leadership of the company
