This role partners closely with Process Analysts, functional stakeholders, and business leaders. This role is responsible for process enhancement and capabilities optimization driving adaptability, scalability, and alignment in critical processes and capabilities. The role uses data-driven insights and collaborates with stakeholders to manage risks and guide continuous improvement. The role explores innovative methodologies, delivers impactful presentations to leadership, and mentors junior team members, all while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
