About the Role This role is responsible for driving the global standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of last mile service delivery processes across our international network. Key areas of responsibility include transportation planning, routing, scheduling, and operational execution to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery to customers. The position combines operational process ownership, project leadership, and digital enablement, with a strong emphasis on transportation management tools, planning systems, and data-driven performance management. Working closely with regional and local operations teams, the role leads the development and implementation of global standards for service delivery and last mile logistics, pilots new solutions, and supports the deployment of innovative tools aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service reliability.
