The Senior Product Analyst is part of the Marketing IT Portfolio team, managing and supporting over 20 technologies across areas such as Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, and Creative Services. They will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors to define and govern a shared vision and product roadmap for assigned applications, while maintaining institutional knowledge and incorporating industry best practices to guide strategic planning and improvements.The role involves analyzing and aligning technology solutions (including package selection, configuration, and development) with business and user needs through market research, functional comparisons, and awareness of trends across law and professional services firms. Additionally, the Senior Analyst prioritizes strategic initiatives into an executable portfolio aligned with enterprise data strategies and emerging AI capabilities, balancing input from business, user experience, security, training, architecture, vendors, operations, and project management to ensure successful outcomes.
