We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Content Curation and the Hubs Experience—the central destination where teams organize, discover, and distribute their most important content. In this role, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for the next generation of Box Hubs. You’ll partner with Engineering and Design to build intuitive, AI-powered experiences that turn massive volumes of files into actionable knowledge, enabling customers to create secure internal and external portals around any topic. Your work will be highly visible and directly shape how the world works with content.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience delivering complex, user-facing Enterprise and SaaS products at scale.
Proven track record of shipping complex user-facing products 0-1 and managing the full product development lifecycle.
Strong technical fluency with the ability to partner effectively with engineering on AI and platform-scale initiatives.
Experience with modern product/design tools; familiarity with AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Cursor, Figma)
Expertise in data-driven decision-making and using analytics to shape product roadmaps and strategy.
Excellent communicator who can distill complex concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Box Hubs, with a focus on content curation, discovery, and user engagement.
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver AI-first features that make organizing and finding content fast, accurate, and secure.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: customer discovery, requirements, execution, launch, and global adoption.
Analyze product metrics and feedback to prioritize experiments, iterate quickly, and improve core outcomes.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on positioning, enablement, and go-to-market for new Hubs capabilities.
Align cross-functional stakeholders (including executive leadership) on priorities, milestones, and long-term vision.
