About The Position

Position Summary: DTN is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within our Energy & Refined Fuels SaaS portfolio. This role is responsible for driving product innovation, modernization, and go-to-market success by aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS product management experience, deep domain expertise in supply chain or data analytics, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS products and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product management, market dynamics, and customer-driven product strategy.
  • Experience in supply chain, fuels, or data analytics domains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers, growth, and profitability.
  • Experience with market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven product strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and portfolio planning.
  • Lead portfolio modernization initiatives, driving adoption of enterprise solutions and enhancing product offerings.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap, incorporating input from internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and inform continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to support product positioning, adoption strategies, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.
