About The Position

Own product strategy and execution for internal dashboards and operational tools Improve visibility across ingest, processing, and publishing workflows Translate operator needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Partner with engineering, UX, and operations teams through build and rollout Define and track metrics to optimize platform efficiency and resiliency

Requirements

• Product management experience supporting internal tools or platforms
• Experience with streaming media workflows (VOD and live/linear)
• Knowledge of adaptive streaming technologies (HLS, DASH, CMAF)
• Familiarity with media formats and specs (AVC, HEVC, AV1, IMF, TTML, WebVTT)
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and event -driven systems

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience supporting large -scale, media or content operations platforms
• Ability to work across technical and non -technical teams
• Experience shaping tools for business -critical operational workflow
