About The Position

As a part of the Walmart Product Platform team, you will lead teams to deliver Digital Merchandising products to drive the next generation of customer centric Merchandising Experience. What you'll do... Bringing Passion to ideate, plan, and ensure Product Capabilities and drive Digital Merchandising Transformation to drive Merchant Experience Apply Analytics skills to define data insight with Retail Merchandising Metrics. Partnering with our Engineering and Data Science teams to create enterprise solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure with great user experience. Developing and enhancing products – you will build capability and tool roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and stakeholder needs, identify market strategies, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives and manage the playbook for the Process Management discipline. Defining vision and strategies for the Product Merchandising team, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and designing initiatives to mature process discovery. Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing initiatives, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership. Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs Building a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution AI Minded to move fast and iterate What you'll bring.. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in computer systems/business process or related fields.
  • 5+ years in product management, process engineering and/or emerging technologies.
  • 4+ years’ experience managing business stakeholder relationships and analyzing business requirements to provide technology solutions.
  • Experience in Merchandising Capabilities and Retail Performance Metrics.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology and Product Management related certification preferred.
  • Strong experience in merchandising in an omni-channel global organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products,
