We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who’s eager to take the reins of a platform entering its post-beta growth phase and help shape its next evolution. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” product role — it’s an opportunity to lead innovation in a space that’s ripe for modernization. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand. You’ll be empowered to bring advanced SaaS thinking and data-driven strategy into a company that’s rapidly evolving its digital ecosystem — making a visible impact on both customer experience and revenue growth. You’ll report directly to the Head of Digital Customer Experience, and partner closely with product/content design, engineering, marketing, and operations to expand PRIME360 into a full-fledged ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.
