As a Product Marketing Manager at Compass, you will be a member of the Product & Engineering organization and will work closely with Product Managers, Operations stakeholders, M&A Integration leads, and cross-functional partners to bring products to market and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Compass technology. This role is responsible for owning key aspects of the product release roadmap and supporting processes for how we take products to market, communicate change, and gather feedback to inform adoption. In addition to core product marketing responsibilities, this role will play an important part in supporting platform enablement and adoption efforts tied to mergers and acquisitions, helping newly acquired brokerages successfully onboard to the Compass ecosystem while maintaining the integrity of their established brands.
