About The Position

The Senior Program Manager, Talent Development is a senior individual contributor role that strengthens organizational capability through a combination of talent partnership and leading professional development training programs. The role operates at the intersection of business strategy, talent practices, and learning—partnering with leaders to support critical talent moments while owning scalable development experiences for the enterprise. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, is customer-service focused, can move quickly, insists on the highest standards, and is not afraid of ambiguity. They will have the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and are passionate about working collaboratively with multiple HR stakeholders.

  • Expertise in leveraging the ADDIE model to execute broad training initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a consultative partner to leaders: intake, diagnosis, influence, and solution shaping.
  • Experience facilitating leader-facing talent sessions (calibration prep, manager enablement, talent programs, workshops).
  • Strong program and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and drive high-quality execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong written and verbal skills; ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical tools.
  • High standards for customer experience and deliverable quality; results orientation and bias for action.
