A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll develop and run strategic programs, and utilize data analysis to support the execution of business strategies. You'll work with business leads and other partners to investigate business challenges and risk assessments, conduct data analysis to investigate hypotheses, and design and manage actionable solutions to ensure program progress and business impact. This role requires a unique combination of business acumen, project management, organizational effectiveness, data analytics, business strategy and communication skills. You will be challenged to leverage your skill set to solve complex emergent organizational and business problems. To be effective in this role, you must be an exceptional communicator with a bias to action, an agile and creative problem solver and able to build strong relationships and collaborate across functions. Your scope often spans organizational functions, offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it’s your job to connect the dots across the organization in order to ensure alignment and drive GEN-wide impact.
