About The Position

Trissential is excited to support our client in delivering a major enterprise initiative: replacing a legacy platform and implementing a modern Content Management System (CMS). In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of a new enterprise CMS platform. You will: Lead end-to-end project delivery for a full CMS replacement Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership, technology teams, and vendor partners Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, SLAs, and contract expectations Support Product Owner responsibilities such as backlog refinement, requirement gathering, and sprint prioritization Guide cross-functional teams in matrixed environments to achieve project milestones Communicate frequently and clearly with senior leaders, executives, and technical partners Ensure alignment across business, UX, content, and technical streams

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of senior-level project management experience
  • Strong experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
  • Hands-on experience leading CMS implementation projects (Adobe, Sitecore, or similar)
  • Ability to operate in both Project Manager and Product Owner capacities
  • Proven success in matrixed organizational environments
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Background in UX, content strategy, or digital product delivery
  • PMP, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent certifications (nice-to-have, not required)
  • Experience in utilities or other regulated industries (not required)
