About The Position

The Sr. Project Manager / Sr. Program Manager will oversee the successful delivery of enterprise programs and technology projects within the Microsoft technology ecosystem . The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams delivering cloud, application, and digital transformation solutions.

Requirements

• 8–12 years project/program management experience
• Experience managing large-scale IT programs
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft technologies including: Azure Microsoft 365 .NET ecosystem
• Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Security Clearance is required to be eligible for this role

Nice To Haves

• PMP / PgMP certification
• Experience managing global technology delivery programs

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology programs and projects.
• Manage delivery of solutions using Microsoft Azure, .NET, and enterprise platforms .
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure delivery alignment with organizational strategy and technology standards.
• Track program performance metrics and provide executive reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies .
