About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with Capital Markets business knowledge for our banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
8+ years of relevant project management experience
Demonstrated banking knowledge, 1 - 2 years of prior Capital Markets experience
Ability to work onsite in Uptown Charlotte at least three days a week
Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
Establish project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage resource allocation and budget tracking to optimize project outcomes
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success
Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance
Implement project management best practices and tools to enhance operational efficiency
Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and skill development
