About The Position

The Senior Provider Compensation Analyst is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for the full scope of provider compensation activities, including design, analysis, implementation, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational support. This scope includes providing guidance and support to the Provider Comp Analyst in accomplishing the initiatives in this complex and highly regulated function, including compensation models that are productivity-based. This position is accountable for both strategic and transactional components of the provider compensation function under the direction of the Provider Comp Manager. The Senior Analyst partners closely with the CEP Operations Program Manager, the People and Culture Director of Compensation, Finance, Legal, Provider Leadership, and Medical Staff Services to ensure market-aligned, compliant, timely, accurate, and equitable compensation practices across all provider roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive compensation experience within a health system or 3 years in management consulting focused on provider or physician compensation
  • Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of a compensation function, preferably as a sole contributor

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
