This role partners closely with teams across p44 to fuel our growth. Requirements

5+ years of SaaS recruiting experience
Experience interpreting data and using it to influence hiring decisions
Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
Established network and expertise in the startup tech & SaaS community
Ability and willingness to organize, host, and attend networking events
Strong stakeholder & interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
Confident, assertive, and metrics driven in your approach to recruitment
Able to work independently and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Able to see all tasks through to completion with a high attention to detail

Responsibilities

Be part of a small, high performing TA team, delivering outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring managers
Own your client groups hiring plan and execution strategies partnering with executives to deliver the talent that their groups need
Attract and hire A+ talent across Tech and G&A teams through inbound and sustained strategic outbound talent pipelining
Support and scale multiple departments for hiring in the Americas (with occasional European hiring)
Use data and metrics to drive operational results (e.g. high conversion ratios, time to hire)
Build an inclusive and objective hiring process and ensures that candidates are assessed consistently against the appropriate competencies
Source Candidates via multiple sources including:
LinkedIn Outreach
Networking Events (BuiltIn Chicago, Meetups, etc.)
Job Postings (Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.)
Personal Network
Manage the end to end hiring process from sourcing, screening, guiding candidates them through the interview process up to offer stage and onboarding.
Coordinating with project44 leadership on event attendance and employer branding
Work in our ATS (Greenhouse) to improve visibility and automation in recruiting process
Partner with other team members on improving processes, reporting, and leveraging AI to drive speed and the quality of hiring outcomes
Partner with finance, HR and hiring managers and project44 leadership to ensure recruiting needs are met
