The Senior Regional Marketing & Sales Director leads strategic marketing and sales initiatives across a portfolio of senior living communities, driving brand awareness, occupancy growth, and revenue performance. Partnering closely with Operations and Community Executive Directors, this role builds high performing teams and implements innovative strategies to exceed sales goals across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. In addition to delivering results, this role mentors regional sales teams and supports key initiatives including new community onboarding, special projects, and portfolio growth.
