In this role, you will… Provide risk consultations for all lines of business to include Hospitals, Physician Practices, Senior Care and Healthcare Facilities. Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance and recommendations to promote safe patient care. Develop relationships that will strengthen ties with customers or prospects. Identify ways to assist team members to address customer specific risk management needs, supporting the development of new and existing business by engaging with customers and team members. Identify ways to leverage risk expertise & industry knowledge to provide a marketing advantage. Provide content for new and ongoing risk management informational products and presents educational programs. Organize, plan and execute on-site (or phone) reviews of customers / prospects. Be able and willing to quickly grasp new concepts and learn new tasks. Take on other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
- 10+ years experience in a clinical nursing area with risk management experience.
- Ability to travel extensively (Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana).
- Be able and willing to quickly grasp new concepts and learn new tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Nursing (preferred).
- CPHRM designation (preferred).
- Quality Training (is a plus).
