About The Position

We’re looking for a part-time Senior ROW Agent to join our team in Orlando, FL. This will be an embedded position at our client office in Celebration, FL. Your role Assist with Utility activities as needed Assist with Florida Moving Forward activities as required Assist with activities involved with land acquisition, condemnation, relocation assistance, property management, and parcel scheduling. Participates in project proposal presentations and negotiations with current and prospective clients. Makes recommendations to clients on settlements, changes to existing plans and procedures, and develops plans and programs to achieve desired results, reducing costs and completion time. of-way projects. Requirements
