About The Position

The Senior Sales Account Manager handles primarily national and global accounts and may oversee sales personnel within the same office. This role is responsible for driving high-level revenue growth, managing complex client relationships, and providing leadership to the local sales team to ensure alignment with BELFOR’s global objectives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales and account management, specifically handling national or global accounts.
  • Proven track record of leading or managing sales teams in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of the restoration, construction, or environmental services industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally and globally as required to service major accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of primary national and global accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee and mentor sales people within the same office, providing guidance on sales strategies and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at the corporate level.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large-scale commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with regional and national leadership to align local sales efforts with broader company initiatives.
  • Conduct high-level presentations and negotiations for complex service contracts.
  • Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are accurately documented in the CRM.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market analysis reports to senior management.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
