We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join Mercer’s sales team. This is a hybrid role based in either Los Angeles, CA or Charlotte, NC. The Senior Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving the growth of our Total Rewards Products and Services by leading the acquisition and development of net-new Mid-market clients within a focused territory. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual who excels at prospecting, nurturing sales opportunities, and collaborating closely with Market Sales Leaders to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions. Senior Sales Executive We will count on you to: Prospect and generate new client leads through targeted email campaigns, phone outreach, and in-person visits. Manage and develop self-generated sales opportunities as well as leads from Lead Generation teams. Participate actively in proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals related to Total Rewards Products and Services. Collaborate closely with Market Sales Leaders to educate clients on a broad range of workforce solutions beyond Total Rewards offerings. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize lifetime revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
