About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the governance, strategy, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will be the subject matter expert, ensuring best practices in configuration, data integrity, and platform scalability, while mentoring junior admins and working closely with business leaders. We can only consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Concord, CA office. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including large-scale org management.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and security settings.
  • Experience with complex integrations and AppExchange solutions.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required; other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving platform adoption and process improvements.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
  • Define and enforce governance, security, and data management standards.
  • Manage complex automation, integrations, and advanced reporting needs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee system upgrades, release management, and change control processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level admins.
  • Act as primary liaison with Salesforce support and manage vendor relationships.
  • Conduct regular platform audits to ensure data quality and compliance.
