About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Client Portfolio Manager (Remote). In this role, you will have a significant impact by building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with clients to understand and meet their needs, driving retention and helping them achieve their business objectives. Your expertise will guide the delivery team, while your thought leadership will establish the company as a leading expert in Salesforce solutions in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in a Salesforce Client Portfolio Manager role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Community and strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC.
  • Proven track record in driving digital innovation and strategy execution.
  • Experience in building and managing a high-performing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
  • At least 2 Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the delivery team supporting both client success and sales teams.
  • Create frameworks and approaches for key consultancy offerings to support new client engagements.
  • Deliver quarterly and yearly strategic goals for the market delivery team.
  • Develop client strategies and plans supporting client success teams.
  • Enhance win-rates and client advocacy through expert positioning in the Salesforce market.
  • Drive and win billable consulting engagements.
  • Collaborate with global consulting leads on digital strategy and change propositions.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce market trends and best practices.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring closure of problems and issues.
