In the role of Senior Service Training Coordinator working onsite at our Service Training Center you will be part of the Technical Service Training team. The Senior Service Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all factory field classes, creates schedules, and enters course and student completion data. The Coordinator maintains training classes on websites, processes training orders for all training centers and researches issues that may arise. Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects with shifting priorities, moving deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact with customers and employees from all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail, follow through and organizational skills
  • Ability to act proactively, independently and decisively to quickly assess needs and identify logical solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP
  • LMS Experience

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of the Service Training Classes, includes all factory and field classes and posts on appropriate web sites.
  • Maintains accurate course and Tech I.D. training data in appropriate systems.
  • Develop and update department reports and format to requested needs for the business.
  • Support and backup basic LMS Administrative duties
  • Help develop, document and maintain processes for department PO creation and recording
