About The Position

A new opportunity has opened for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join Kinetic IT's national Solution Services Practice in Perth, WA . This is a permanent, full-time position offering a flexible split between the office and working from home. In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of complex integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will drive automation and UI/UX improvements while maturing our CSDM framework across a broad range of modules, including ITSM, Employee Centre, SAM, ITOM Visibility, and Integration Hub. You are a seasoned ServiceNow professional who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence and user-centric design. You don't just build features; you understand the "why" behind them, bringing a strong background in Service Management to ensure every solution adds genuine business value. You are a natural collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both your team and your customers.

Requirements

  • Hold current Australian Citizenship , with the ability to gain required Government Security Clearances.
  • Hold a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certificate
  • And a Micro-certification CIS-Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) certification & ServiceNow CIS-ITSM Pro Plus Suite, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of CSDM and proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementation and/or Integration Developer.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: ITSM, Employee Centre, SAM, ITOM Visibility, or Integration Hub.
  • A strong background in IT Service Management principles and general ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex requirements into effective developments using CSDM standards and business methodologies.
  • Lead customer-facing workshops to scope integrations and other complex technical engagements.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio including BAU, CSI, and minor works.
  • Provide technical oversight to developers and lead comprehensive system, functional, and automated testing.
