About The Position

We are urgently looking for Senior ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Integration Contractor to support our US team. Responsibilities: Integration Development Design and implement bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and SAP Ariba supporting: Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) Implement and support ServiceNow Ariba Spoke integrations to: Retrieve Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Requisition (PR) data from Ariba Synchronize PO/PR statuses (Requested, Ordered, Completed, Canceled, Rejected) Send receiving confirmations from ServiceNow back to Ariba ServiceNow Configuration & Development Configure and extend ServiceNow Procurement and ITAM modules, including: Purchase Orders (PO) Purchase Requisitions (PR) Receiving Slips and Receiving Lines Build and maintain: Flow Designer flows Script Includes REST integrations Error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms System Ownership & Data Integrity Ensure: ServiceNow remains the system of record for assets and software entitlements SAP Ariba remains the system of record for procurement Troubleshoot and resolve: Integration failures Data mismatches Reconciliation issues Delivery & Support Support: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Production deployments Post-go-live stabilization Provide: Technical documentation Knowledge transfer to internal teams Partner with cross-functional teams, including: IT Operations ITSM Procurement Finance Security Operations Translate business and procurement requirements into technical integration solutions Support decision-making related to: Software purchases originating in Ariba PR/PO closure conditions Rejected or canceled procurement scenarios Collaborate with Security Operations to ensure asset visibility supports: Vulnerability management CMDB accuracy Risk and compliance initiatives Stakeholder Collaboration Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience Strong experience with: IT Asset Management Professional (HAM & SAM) Procurement and PO lifecycle IntegrationHub and Flow Designer Advanced server-side JavaScript (ServiceNow) SAP Ariba Knowledge Hands-on experience integrating with SAP Ariba APIs Strong understanding of: Purchase Requisitions (PR) Purchase Orders (PO), Contracts, Suppliers Financial and asset data models Approval, rejection, and receiving workflows Integration & Technical Skills REST / SOAP API integration Data mapping and transformation Strong troubleshooting and production support experience Solid understanding of procurement-to-asset lifecycle processes Experience with large-scale enterprise integrations Familiarity with CMDB and asset reconciliation processes Experience in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, etc. if you have interested send your CV, to [email protected]

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong experience with: IT Asset Management Professional (HAM & SAM) Procurement and PO lifecycle IntegrationHub and Flow Designer Advanced server-side JavaScript (ServiceNow) SAP Ariba Knowledge Hands-on experience integrating with SAP Ariba APIs
• Strong understanding of: Purchase Requisitions (PR) Purchase Orders (PO), Contracts, Suppliers Financial and asset data models Approval, rejection, and receiving workflows
