About The Position

iRely is expanding and we are hiring Software Implementation Specialists to join our Professional Services team at our headquarters in Irving, Texas. This individual will play a pivotal role in deploying our ERP solutions and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, IT, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in software product implementation, Preferably ERP or SaaS Software
• 2-3+ years’ experience with financial, accounting, banking services, or FinTech industry software implementation
• A strong background in financial systems, General Ledger, Accounting Principles
• Coding Time and Material
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or other similar platforms.
• Experienced in Testing, Configuration, Training
• Strong problem-solving, and articulation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customer projects.
• Travel up to 40%

Nice To Haves

• POS Systems, Retail experience a plus
• Experienced in Accounting applications and General Ledger a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.
• Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
• Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
• Interface with customers at all levels
• Participate in customer meetings and sales events.
• Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
• Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
• Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).
• Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.
• Maintain an average of 75% utilization on billable projects.
