About The Position

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you lead solution design and technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, guiding prospects through deep discovery, integration planning, and tailored demonstrations that influence senior decision-makers. You also play a visible role in mentoring teammates and scaling best practices across the Solutions Consulting team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end discovery and technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities
  • Shape deal strategy and technical win plans in partnership with Account Executives
  • Design solution architectures that integrate Zeta with enterprise ecosystems (CRM, data platforms, identity, analytics)
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations aligned to executive priorities and buying criteria
  • Navigate matrixed buying committees across marketing, IT, analytics, security, and procurement
  • Serve as a lead contributor on RFP/RFI responses with differentiated positioning
  • Partner with Value Consulting to align solutions with measurable business outcomes and ROI
  • Mentor Solutions Consultants through coaching, shadowing, and structured feedback
  • Develop reusable demo assets, playbooks, and solution briefs to improve team consistency
  • Provide actionable field feedback to Product and GTM teams based on enterprise deal learnings
