The Senior Solutions Consultant will provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows. They will also be responsible for maintaining content used by both sales staff and clients. The Senior Solutions Consultant will mentor sales staff on product knowledge and be the go-to resource for all technical requests during the pre-sales phase. They will also work with the sales staff to collect customer feedback. Please note: we are looking for candidates located in the Southeastern United States, specifically in the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Tennessee.
