This is a high-impact opportunity for a recruiting professional who excels at proactive sourcing, engaging passive talent, and building strong pipelines of engineering and technical professionals. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and firm leadership to align talent strategies with business goals, translating technical requirements into targeted recruiting approaches. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence in competitive AEC talent markets, leveraging market insights, recruiting data, and modern sourcing tools to attract top civil engineering and construction talent. As a strategic contributor to our talent acquisition function, you’ll help drive process improvements, elevate the candidate experience, and enhance our employer brand within the engineering and infrastructure industry.
