The Senior Talent Management Specialist will report to the Sr. Manager, Talent Management and work closely with TM Leaders and adjacent HR teams to support the work of Talent Management Business Leads. They are comfortable working with sensitive and highly confidential information and are known for producing accurate, well‑structured outputs under tight timelines. This individual thrives in a support‑oriented role that requires judgment, prioritization, and independence. They partner closely with senior Talent Management leaders to prepare for talent forums, streamline tools and processes, and ensure that insights and actions are clearly documented and followed through. They are proactive, organized, and able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a high quality bar in their work.
