About The Position

As part of a growing and dynamic team, the Senior Tax Analyst is a key role that will help to build and strengthen key income tax accounting and tax compliances processes for Rehlko’s tax department. The senior tax analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s income tax accounting, tax reporting processes and income tax compliance processes. The role will play a key part in preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions, maintaining documentation of tax processes and supporting the preparation of the federal tax return and supporting workpapers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant income tax experience (public accounting and/or large corporate tax department experience).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with proven analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP income tax accounting principles.
  • Experience using tax provision software (e.g., Bloomberg, OneSource, CorpTax).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP and OneStream experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual global tax provision calculations
  • Calculate and analyze current and deferred tax positions
  • Assist in preparing financial statement footnote disclosures related to income taxes
  • Reconcile income tax accounts and ensure proper supporting documentation is maintained.
  • Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting of tax-related items.
  • Work with business units to understand forecast changes impacting the annual effective tax rate.
  • Prepare workpapers and tax analyses to support U.S. federal income tax return as part of a co-sourcing arrangement with an outside tax service provider.
  • Prepare information to support the group’s global compliance for Pillar Two and country-by-country reporting.
  • Support U.S. income tax audits, data requests, and notices.
  • Assist with other tax projects, as requested.
