Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license required
• 10+ years of tax experience (public accounting required)
• Strong experience in partnership tax (Subchapter K)
• Proven leadership and team management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements
• Review complex partnership tax returns and ensure accuracy
• Advise clients on tax strategies and identify savings opportunities
• Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery
• Support business development and build client relationships
• Mentor, train, and develop tax professionals
• Research complex tax issues and respond to IRS inquiries
