About The Position

This is an opportunity for a proven, high-output recruiter to operate at scale in one of the fastest-growing life sciences platforms in the country. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting engineering professionals (field engineers, project engineers, technical specialists) as well as a wide range of corporate roles across the organization. This role requires someone who thrives in intensity, manages multiple priorities without sacrificing quality, and consistently delivers results in an environment where timelines are tight and expectations are high. This is not a sourcing-only or coordination role. You will own full-cycle recruiting end to end and be accountable for outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in building an army of A-Players, acting as a gatekeeper for quality and ensuring every hire strengthens SSA’s performance, culture, and ownership mindset.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in extremely fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting across both technical and corporate functions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate with an extremely high bar for talent — prioritizing quality over convenience and being intentionally selective in who advances, receives offers, and ultimately joins SSA
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles, as well as key corporate positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand role requirements and performance expectations
  • Consistently deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proactively source and engage passive technical talent using creative, data-driven approaches
  • Run structured interview processes that assess skills, behaviors, and culture fit
  • Maintain momentum through offer, closing, and onboarding to ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of SSA’s recruiting processes, tools, and standards
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality engineering and technical hires
  • Strong hiring manager satisfaction driven by speed, communication, and quality of hire
  • Reduced time-to-fill without compromising talent standards
  • High offer acceptance rates through effective candidate engagement and closing
  • Clean, well-documented recruiting processes within SSA’s ATS
  • Positive candidate experience reflective of SSA’s brand and values
