This is an opportunity for a proven, high-output recruiter to operate at scale in one of the fastest-growing life sciences platforms in the country. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting engineering professionals (field engineers, project engineers, technical specialists) as well as a wide range of corporate roles across the organization. This role requires someone who thrives in intensity, manages multiple priorities without sacrificing quality, and consistently delivers results in an environment where timelines are tight and expectations are high. This is not a sourcing-only or coordination role. You will own full-cycle recruiting end to end and be accountable for outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in building an army of A-Players, acting as a gatekeeper for quality and ensuring every hire strengthens SSA’s performance, culture, and ownership mindset.
