We have an opening for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist. This role can be based in the following cities. Dallas, Texas Denver, Colorado Lincoln, Nebraska Minneapolis, Minnesota Orlando, Floria Position Summary: The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for supporting the design, administration and communication of employee benefits, HR operations and recognition programs. This role partners closely with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders to ensure our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Total Rewards Specialist serves as a subject matter expert in employee benefits practices, bringing empathy and analytical review to drive firm decisions. Our Human Resources team has grown significantly over the past five years and continues to serve as a trusted partner across the firm.
