About The Position

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented and service‑driven Total Rewards Specialist to support benefits administration, HR technology, wellness programs, and job documentation across the organization. If you're passionate about accuracy, employee experience, and helping HR programs run seamlessly, we want to hear from you! As a Total Rewards Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate benefits processing, maintaining HR systems, coordinating wellness initiatives, and supporting job documentation and performance programs. You’ll be a primary point of contact for employee questions, partner with HR and leaders, and help improve processes that support a high‑quality Total Rewards experience. Your day will involve managing benefits transactions, updating HR systems, answering employee questions, and maintaining job documentation. You’ll help support performance management cycles, coordinate intern program logistics, upload learning content into the LMS, and assist with open enrollment and wellness activities. Whether you're auditing data, preparing reports, or helping employees navigate HR tools, you’ll keep our HR operations running smoothly and accurately.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS, LMS platforms, or benefits administration preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR regulations related to benefits and employment documentation (FLSA, ACA, HIPAA) preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive, confidential data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn and navigate HR technology systems effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service mindset.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Problem‑solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Administer daily benefits activities including enrollments, changes, terminations, and compliance tasks.
  • Maintain accuracy and data integrity across HR systems through audits, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Serve as a key contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, wellness programs, and system access, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Support job analysis and documentation activities, ensuring job descriptions remain current and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Provide administrative support for the LMS, including course uploads, completion tracking, and report generation.
  • Assist in coordinating the intern program, including onboarding, communication, and scheduling.
  • Support the performance management process through workflow management, system maintenance, and employee communication.
  • Participate in annual open enrollment activities, including system testing, documentation updates, and data validation.
  • Support company wellness initiatives, including scheduling events, encouraging participation, and tracking outcomes.
  • Assist with HR projects involving system enhancements, automation, and data migrations.
  • Prepare and maintain procedural documentation for HR systems and assigned processes.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the broader HR and Total Rewards functions.
