As a Total Rewards Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate benefits processing, maintaining HR systems, coordinating wellness initiatives, and supporting job documentation and performance programs. You’ll be a primary point of contact for employee questions, partner with HR and leaders, and help improve processes that support a high‑quality Total Rewards experience. Your day will involve managing benefits transactions, updating HR systems, answering employee questions, and maintaining job documentation. You’ll help support performance management cycles, coordinate intern program logistics, upload learning content into the LMS, and assist with open enrollment and wellness activities. Whether you're auditing data, preparing reports, or helping employees navigate HR tools, you’ll keep our HR operations running smoothly and accurately.
