About The Position

Reporting to the Registrar, the Senior Transcript Evaluator is responsible for establishing and maintaining processes used in the review and evaluation of academic records. The Senior Transcript Evaluator reviews, evaluates, and processes incoming transfer credits form other colleges and universities to determine equivalency and how transferred courses will apply to satisfy North Central’s admission, prerequisite, and degree requirements. The position ensures timely and accurate awarding of transfer credits, thereby supporting enrollment and registration processes. The Senior Transcript Evaluator assists with the development of transfer articulation agreements, maintenance of the Transfer Evaluation Systems ( TES ), and other related services.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely and accurate awarding of transfer credits, thereby supporting enrollment and registration processes.
• Assists with the development of transfer articulation agreements
• Maintenance of the Transfer Evaluation Systems ( TES )
• Other related services.
