It is the responsibility of the Senior Manager Wine – Food & Beverage to oversee and develop all property wine programs, from collaborating with sourcing, inventory, policies and standard-operating-procedures to training, onboarding and development of all wine team personnel. The Senior Manager will plan and implement programs in partnership with Food & Beverage leadership to also include signature events and maintaining the highest standards of service with respect to guest experience, Gold+ and Noir tiers and evaluations from Forbes Travel Guide and the Marriott Brand Standards Assessment.
