About The Position

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding hospitality, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering top-notch service.

Requirements

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Must be at least 18 years old (or legal serving age per state regulations)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional dining experience
Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality
Engage with guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations
Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs, ensuring a smooth dining experience
Handle payments efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests
Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations
