About The Position

What will you do? You will be responsible for taking menu orders from residents, guests, and community associates, serving meals, and bussing tables according to established policies and procedures. Utilizes proper food handling and food service technique Ensures tables are perfectly set, chairs are in place and clean Takes order from resident, guest, or associate promptly. Be knowledgeable of all specials and general descriptions of all food items being served Provide service in a friendly and timely manner Busses tables and resets for the next meal service according to established policy and procedure Orders necessary supplies and equipment

Requirements

Good team work skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be familiar with Health Department Regulations.
Must be at least 16 years old and have working papers.
Must be able to read, write and understand English language.
Must be able to process simple mathematical calculations: add, subtract, multiply, and divide

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a restaurant setting preferred.
